My Own Take on Attack on Titan

This blogs shows how I see Attack on Titan with many mixes especially with my own OC story. I like to connect everything.

Context

Well I always believe spirits do exist and have some influence in this dimension, discuss with my father and research help to expand my mind on how I perceive the omniverse. I have treated Attack on Titan as similar as Warhammer because of the constant war. However, I do have soft spots for the side/minor characters and appreciate. When comes to any media franchise, I always focus on the lore and history behind due to me being a history buff. I was angry that King Fritz I is subjugating the world in endless cycle of hate and violence. I am a man who focus on the past instead of the present (I still dislike Eren's Rumbling, left a bad impression on Paradis). One day, I saw a theory that changed my viewpoint of AoT, the AU theory, the author (emmyeggo) emphasize on School Caste universe important in the story and gave a lot of evidence and connection with Muv Luv, Isayama's inspiration. There are many other theories but none as groundbreaking as this. With this fanfic, I can tell you how I view AoT.

Story

The Great War

The background really begins in the Great War between the Creators and the First Beings. The First Beings seek to develop technologies to overpower their enemy. One of them is ability to control organism with another organism. Those who absorb the organism have to ability to change themselves whatever they want and the similar compound was injected. The host can control the person in any means. However, it still has limitations and under development, it is also cut short when the creators and their allies army managed to destroy many of the technologies. One of the First Beings managed to escape with the weapon in a spaceship but their FTE device malfunction and unable to stop. Soon, the ship hit Uranus, tilting the planet before crash landing into Earth in an alternate universe. None survives except for the organism, the organism soon replicate a hallucigenia and live normally. The ship also collected Uranus ammonia and create an ammonia crater in a island future call Paradis.

The Devil's Sinister Plan

Many of years (regardless which perspective) have passed, the omniverse falling into corruption. There is a faction of lower beings (nearly irredeemable and evil souls who die often or banished, usually mercenaries for high level demons) seek to control the Omniverse for their own. They found the weapon in the AoT universe but unable to extract due to still under the upper being control. They sent in a demon agent who is clever, manipulative and power hungry who became Fritz I in this world to start their mission, to extract the weapon without anyone attention. The demon did more than that and became one of the dangerous demon the omniverse feared.

He needed an excuse to access to the world otherwise he would powerless to do anything in that world. He soon found another universe which is similar yet different. He found a boy named Eren who feel bored and inferior for his life, there the devil starts his plan. Having a dream in Eren's head is an easy feat, it is all built up by Eren himself waiting to be released. From there, Eren wishes the destruction of humanity to satiate his boredom for his desire of an apocalyptic world. Soon, the boy felt into the devil trap and made a deal. Of course every deal with devil must comes with a price, a price that the devil sadistically see the boy suffers. This gave the devil an excuse to access the world and help to craft the world Eren desired, fortunately the god under control is foolish since many experienced upper being fell to middlings either death in the war, purge in the aftermath of the war etc. 

His time as Fritz I

He impersonated as a barbaric king of Eldia and done a good act since he is expressing his true nature. He soon found the weapon under a big tree, the tree and the organism made a symbiotic relationship to help grow each other. Extracting the weapon soon would attract attention from the eye of the omniverse and spirits who are watching him, undermining the lower beings. He is going to need a slave, someone who he can control yet able to absorb the organism. He found a child, Kevina, a slave girl who recently release pigs from the pen, it does not matter which slave made a mistake, he will still sent them to absorb the organism. The codename for the unlucky chosen is Ymir, as it is one of the older spirit who help create his own world (before killed by Odin and his brothers). Kevina, now Ymir absorb the Titan power is under Fritz control, he uses his manipulation skill to brainwash the young kid mind to love him, a kid mind is too easy for Fritz to control as children drive to their childish and selfish wish. Not only that, he gave her a deal that she would unlikely to refuse: follow every orders Fritz gave her and she will be free. Because of this, Ymir's mind had been stagnated and under Fritz control.

While conquering the world is part of Eren's story for hatred and violence, Fritz admit that give him a sense of power over one world. He enjoy everything the world could offer since a mere demon agent is unlikely to get a second chance. He is also shocked by a certain 'angel' or ' a soul wanting to be a hero' disguised himself as a Marleyan soldier and attempt to kill him, Ymir took a spear for her lover. While the angel is dealt with, he is annoyed that Ymir's death might delay his plans to extract sooner. Not to mention, the organism dies easily without a host. However, Fritz sense an opportunity, what if he could use this to continue his rule over the world and yet use those people to help enhance the organism powers, he could help in Eren's story as well. That way he benefit more while pleasing his employers.

The only way for the power to inherit is to eat the spine, so he had the slave body fed to his 'daughters'. He never saw his children as children, only merely poor souls to be puppet of a greater plan. Because of this, Ymir's soul is stuck in the organism dimension and he gave orders of objectives so Eren's story can continue. He also subtly manipulate Ymir to follow his path, that way, the interpreters (writers in another world, treated as fiction, writers are unaware that actually happened) and upper beings are none of the wiser to realise it was a big scheme to grab the weapon. Even of if they do, the law of influencers protect him from dangers especially upper beings unless they are willingly to break the law.

His Eldian Legacy

Fritz is glad his manipulations and influence managed to reach that far and was proud of his skills. The fact he attracted more souls who are damned to reincarnate into this universe made his plan easier. People succumbed to sins easier and made more crimes, making the world nearly impossible to change or redeem. His words of spreading Eldia influence also help in the organism research as Eldia found a way to add more subjects, procreation. This also led to the creation of Ackerman line which could be useful for the lower beings with the line more reliable than the original. There was enough sins for the whole world to focus only on hatred. He sent in a kind and naïve soul as Karl Fritz, as he explore the world with his companions (just like Mount & Blade), and experience the cruelty of the world, making Karl want to change. Fritz told the 'truth' to Karl through Ymir's actions and convince Karl that his people deserve to die. While Karl have become selfish, he retain his intelligence and wits as he cleverly finish off the Eldian Empire while escaping his own paradise.

With the Walls creation, the story can truly began. He snuck in some demons disguising as Marleyans and help to breed Marley's hypocrisy, opportunistic and hatred, creating the perfect setting for a story while destroying the original Marley virtues simultaneously. The Attack Titan became a personal agent of Fritz to ensure the main timeline is achieved. Other influencers (spirit who help craft a story) offer some money to change the timeline but promise not to change the premise. He allowed many timeline to flourish and earn some profit out of it, especially suffering (although the influencer connection with the Warhammer universe timeline concern Fritz as it create the perfect adventurer (a person who travel around and interfere everybody business). With the demon (Gross) and Attack Titan (Eren Kruger) readied, they attack 2 kids (Grisha and Faye) with one killed and another traumatized. They use the traumatized kid to grow up and set up the story. The Attack Titan done a spectacular job on making a set of events happening. Zeke soon desire to start his Euthanasia Plan with Xaver help (albeit forced by the Attack Titan). Grisha is properly infiltrated in the Walls, letting Eren born and starting the story Eren wish for.

The Story Begins

Ymir follow the plan to a tee, she planted Ymir (the Marleyan one) in a nearby place where the Warriors soon camp there, waking her up to make sure Reiner will destroy the Walls instead of going over it. Dina soon become the perfect puppet as she will help to paved the way for the story, Ymir soon use Dina to kill Carla to traumatized Eren. The price for Eren story is Carla, Eren's mom, Eren soon regret his deal when he learn the truth. Grisha's actions soon handled by Eren's future self who wanted to get back to his world as soon as possible, without caring for the people he hurt. Trost was also simple, just give the Titan some intelligence or personally control by Ymir to kill Eren's teammates and goad Eren to transform into a Titan by 'swallowing' Armin. People are readily easy to believe most of them are Abnormal and nothing suspicious. Dina is used to activate the Founding Titan before unceremoniously disposed of.

Next is the award ceremony where Eren kiss Historia's hands, a perfect way to manipulate Eren by showing him the truth just like with Karl. The memories of the main timeline and alternate universe had broke Eren and events in the main timeline create the perfect story that Fritz wanted. From there on, Eren, who knows the story, use this opportunity to fulfill the dream he wished for, after all, the events are ripe to exploit. Hence, this is why Eren never seek to achieve peace and push for more war even if it achieve little. He formed the Yeagerists, let the military be tainted with the wine, hurt his friends, manipulated his family, etc, making the situation even worse. Eren also kept lying for reason he done so because he didn't want to admit he done out of a selfish wish from another world and does not want to accept the responsibility. His inferior complex also did not help his mental health as he find himself worthless.

From there, the tables have been set, the Rumbling is formed and now killing most of humanity. All Fritz need to do is collect the weapon when the Alliance decide to confront Eren. Ymir is later distracted with her focus with Eren and Mikasa to find the meaning of love. Everybody focus the Rumbling stopping and Power of the Titans disappeared, the demon stole the portion of the organism before setting on fire.

He managed to fulfill his objective to steal the organism. It is one of the nefarious feat the agent had done but it is not the worst the lower beings group have ever done. Still the fact the demon got away everything he done must be a depressing read. However, a certain adventurer who heard of the story from books and rumors decide to visit the world and hopefully mess Fritz plan.
